Hello, only one of my user is still experiencing this error I cannot connect to dynamics 365 from outlook using the new addinthis is the error

Hi did you check that you have the app for outlook Security role selected for your user?
I would also suggest that you add and re add the app for outlook to that individual user in Dynamics 365 > Setting> App for Outlook addin> readd the app for the specific user

Just to completely rule out any issues with security if the user accesses Outlook web and clicks the small Dynamics Icon do they still get an error?

Did you try clearing the Cache in your browser when trying to open the outlook app within the web?
or trying in a different browser?

Hello, I cleared the edge and IE cache, also I deleted the IE temporary Internet files, it doesn't work :(:( thanks a lot for your help

sorry, that didn't work could you try opening your email in Chrome and trying opening the web app - just to see in case it could be an IE issue?
