Can't remove saved filter

Hello,

When I try to remove a saved filter list view, I only get the option "save as". Why don't I get the options "remove" and "rename"? How do I remove it?

    Hello,

    I don't know if this is the solution to you're question, but you can remove any filter clicking in the X.

    To edit the filter, select another value from the dropdown field.

    Click on this cancel button and you would be able to remove the filter

    And click on + filter action to add the filter

    Hi

    1) Do you have this issue with all filter or only one?

    2) Does anyone else has the similar case in your environment? if all users (including Admin) has the issue then check with your partner. But if some users have the same issue then it could be permission issue.

    3) Did you created those filter or they were there when you logged in? if they were there it is possible they are part of development hence you cannot delete.

    4) Do you have similar options if you create a new filter?

    Hi, It looks a bit like that the administrator have disabled personalization in the Profile(Role) you are using.

    Hello :)

    1. There are 2 filters with this issue.

    2. Nobody else have the issue, only 1 user.

    3. The person did not create them, they were there when she logged in.

    4. There are no problems with the new filters that the user creates.

    I´ve checked and the administrator has not diasbled the personalization...

    Hi

    1) If you switch your Role to the same Role as this user do you see the same filters? If you create a new user and assigned the same Role (Profile) as this user does new user see the same filters? I basically try to determine if those filters added through development or not.

    2) I always hesitate to offer this solution because it creates inconvenience for end user. But one other option is to go to User Setting and select the user then Cancel Personalized Page and see if this remove the filters.

    We are experiencing the exact same issue.  I added some filtered views to the Chart of Accounts using the Profile/Role "Customize pages" function, and now when I go back into that mode to make changes there is no option to remove those previously saved views.  The menu only contains options for "Save as" and "Rename".  The only solution I have found so far is to completely reset the page customizations, but that isn't ideal if there are other changes, such as rearranging columns, that we want to keep.
