Dear experts,
I'm facing issue with Management Reporter CU 13 in our production server. The initial integration of the MR somehow can't finished. I tried to restart the server and rebuild the data mart (maybe already 3 times) but still getting the same issue. I checked the data mart integration log but nothing seems wrong. I tried to restore the production database(data) to our development server and rebuild the MR, it worked! From here I think it's confirmed nothing wrong with the data.
Here is some screenshot to help you understand my issue:
1. As you can see, the integration stuck here and never fully integrated. I already rebuild DM for 3 times and wait for hours.
2. I tried to check the MR process state using sql script:
If you take a look at record number 7, for AX 2012 General Ledger Transactions to Fact state keep stuck in 3 (processing). For the rest is already completed (State 5). I think this might be the reason why the integration never finish. But I don't know what caused this and how to solve it.
3. I checked to the Data Mart Integration, no errors found instead data keep being processed.
Am I just need to wait? Or something did happen so the integration cannot finish?? When i rebuild the MR in development server with the production data, it just took a short amount of time to fully integrate.
