We have several users, some admins, some technicians and none of them are able to view the schedule board on the field service dynamics mobile app? Even when time off is booked and approved, it doesn't show up on the schedule board. At best they can only view their own bookings.
More importantly, some technicians have gray blocks on their schedule and cannot be booked. But there's nothing we a grey colour option in the schedule board settings?
