Guides isn't set up correctly message

Hi,

one of the users after returning from vacations isn't able to access his environment anymore, the error that is displayed for him says:

Guides isn't set up correctly, or you may not have permission to access it. Contact your administrator or use the documentation link below.

The Dynamics 365 Guides is installed and updated in his environment on admin.powerplatform and he has roles of Basic User / Dynamics 365 Guides Author / Dynamics 365 Guides Operator and System Administrator.

Hi - MaciejKlimowicz, not a great way to return from vacation - let's get him unblocked. Some initial questions:

Are you running the latest versions of the solution and client apps?

Is he the only person experiencing this issue?

Can you try reducing his roles to Basic User and Author (remove admin) and try logging into the PC app?

Can he log into the model-driven app on your instance?

The purpose of #3 is to see if the role configuration is having any issues; the purpose of #4 is to check whether the license is applied correctly.
