Flexicoder Not Picking Up Sales Territory's Account Segment for Sales Invoices in GP

Hi:

A GP end user has been using Flexicoder for years, yet, it is not picking up customer "sales territory" for one of the segments and therefore the account distributions are wrong for Sales Order Processing invoices.

Why would that be, and what’s the fix?

As we ( MSFT ) do not support that product, we do not have any information on this.

Perhaps someone from the Community can assist ( or you may need to contact the Vendor directly for assistance with it's functionality ).
