We have a dimension code " EMPLOYEE" when we navigate to the dimension values, we have a big list of all Employees along with employee codes.
I have an updated list from where we need to update new Employee codes and remove duplicates if already exists.
Can anyone suggest me if this needs to be done thru config packages then whats the procedure (NOTE: we can not use EMPLOYEE table from our database because its an Employee dimension).

You can create a new config packages using table Dimension Value.
If you only have new employee codes, I would suggest just do copy and paste from excel.
