Hello,
I think we found a product bug in our CRM implementation, however, I wanted to ask the community experts. We have a custom entity which has a "Customer" type field. When trying to access the related Customer/Contact data in the dialog editor , on a dialog based on that entity, I am getting empty values all the time - which is not correct - To be said, I have not seen any limitation with Customer type fields in the 365 documentation.
Am I missing anything obvious here?

We found the issue. It seems that if the entity name matches the field name - which was our case actually- ,the problem arises. I created a Customer field with different name and it worked.
