Not able to post Cash Receipt Journal.

Hi,

I am trying to post a cash receipt which has 2 lines for the customers and the balancing account in the 3 rd line I have given the bank account but while posting i am getting the below error.

I have added the above lines in the journal.

    Hi,

    your document numbers on all lines have to match, and now they are different. You can either change them manually, or click 'Renumber Document Numbers' on the ribbon.

    Please use same document number for all three lines and try to post.

    Agree with Robertas. In addition, I mention that this is valid if Force Doc. Balance field in the General Journal Templates is active (which is active by default, but you can deactivate that on user level). When activated, the lines for each document type and document number are also verified for balance in addition to verification by posting date.
