Hi All,
One of the system in our network; AX2012 client session is getting out if the system is idle for more than 30 minutes to 1 hour. " the server has terminated this session and client will now close"
event viewer . it is showing RPC exception error. if anybody can help me to sort this out.

Isn't Automatic shutdown field set in user's options in AX?

i opened a session in the LIVE server ( with same user credentials) . that is working perfect. only from the client system it is signing out
Aren't they connecting through Citrix or something?
No sir, this machine is connecting locally ( LAN)
