Apply the License Key to an On Prem DEV Box via scripts

I need to apply a License Key to an On-Prem DEV Box using SQL scripts. My box isnt connected to LCS.

Any suggestions?

    Check step 3 in this doc, it shows how to import it in command prompt: docs.microsoft.com/.../isv-licensing

    Yes, the article topic is how to create a license but it also tells how to import it.
