Are tasks in Outlook a bi-directional sync with CRM ?

    Yes, they are linked by their exchange and CRM identifier, any change on either side are merged.

    Yes, tasks in Outlook can be configured to sync bi-directionally with Dynamics 365. Here is the documentation:
