Opportunity table Column values only accept 3 digit integer?

Because a pick-list of the Opportunity list was no longer in sequence due to an extra new pipeline status, I needed to change the technical values associated with that pick-list table (the sequence is triggered by the technical value, not the display value).

The initial numbers were 9 digits from 750 280 001 to 750 280 011 and I tried to rearrange them but the admin page only accepted 3 digits integer. So I replaced the technical values by numbers from 981 to 991 and saved.

Problem is now that the opportunity list page displays all the pipeline statuses as blanck. I want to roll-back the technical values to their original 9 digit values but the admin table only accepts 3 digits (see below picture, sorry it is a French application)

Could anyone please help here?

Some fields do not have the length setting and need to change the data type.
