Marketing List add Members Using Advanced Find with Saved view having Does Not Contain Data condition

Hello There,

I am adding members to the Marketing List using Advanced Find

I have a saved personal view with one of the Related entities have the condition "Does Not Contain Data" like this.

While adding members to the marketing list using advanced find, I have selected the view that I have created,

Upon selecting the view, it will show Loading... and after some time we can see the conditions.

While it shows the condition, it changes the original condition of the view to something like the below, and it does not return any record when we click on find record.

The problem is now it does not return any data because the original condition is changed, how to avoid changes in this condition?

    Hi chhantbar_jatin,

    Thanks for your feedback.

I reproduced your issue: when there is a lookup field with "does not contain data" as filter criteria in query, the condition in "Add members using advanced find" will change to the situation in your posted screenshot, which seems like a bug.

Currently it couldn't be avoided, so please change "Course History(Student) Contains data" to "Course History(Student) Does not contain data" manually to meet the original conditions.

I have raised a support ticket for this issue and will reply to you here.

    Regards,

    Clofly
