I am not able to generate a csv file of a trial balance. I am able to see it on screen but it will not save. I reviewed a thread that mentioned print before you go to destination but I am not clear on the steps. Can someone provide screenshots of what might be the issue here? Thank you.

The option from the print to screen is to print physical output not a file format.
You are given the above options in your report destination. The csv format is a file format, so you click on file and choose 'comma delimited'. You will need to give it a file name and a location, that is where you want the file, a particular folder etc.
When you have set these options you need to click on 'print'. The default name will be 'export1' unless you change it, this should take a couple of seconds. Some amount of formatting is required after this process though, depending on the type of TB, AR or AP. You can try a small TB and see how it turns out, you can also try the 'tab-delimited' format.
