Creating server instances on ms dynamics 2013 administrator tool

I tried to create a new instance using the dynamics administrator tool. I used both the "network service" account as well as using a domain user account to create it. After the instance creation it gave the following error code.

the configuration setting 'service account' is not valid for microsoft dynamics nav server

You have an old NAV build i think;

error fixed on build 34745 (Update 0.30, 4745)
