Alphabetical Sorting in MSD Accounts

Prior to a week ago, MSD allowed users to sort through accounts alphabetically. It has since been removed and is not nearly as efficient. Can you please bring back this ability?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Alvin Manpower,

I'm not sure what is your issue. Do you mean you could not sort by accounts alphabetically. Could you provide some screenshots?

At the bottom of the screen you were able to jump to the first letter of the company names. See below. It has been removed as of last week.

In Solution 1, I am able to get through the first 2 steps but once I click on customizations, I get the following screen which does not give me the option to choose “customize the system”

If I choose Developer resources it gives me the following.

None of the hyperlinks give me the option to “customize the system” or select “entities”. Any ideas or suggestions?

RE: Alphabetical Sorting in MSD Accounts

    Hi,

Here are two solutions which can achieve your request.

    Solution 1:

Go to Advanced Settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Entities > Select the entity you want to customize > Controls > Add Control > Select “Power Apps Grid” and then enable the Jump bar setting > Save & Publish the changes.

    Solution 2:

Adding '&flags=FCB.PcfDatasetGrid%3Dfalse' to the address bar behind your URL in the view page, which can turn off the new grids.
