delete a released product without related transactions.

looking to delete a released product and all its variants - the released products dont have related transactions...

suggestions on how to find these items via a report or view - other ERP's will give last transaction date or some indicator. Info on process to delete would be appreciated too.

thank you for all this information - I'm aware of how to navigate these steps I'm looking to find out how to identify products without activity - other ERP's allow for a column insert called "last transaction date" or something similar to identify items without activity.

maybe that's my question - how to find active products without activity?

Hi,

To manage released products, navigate to Product Information Management > Products > Released Products.

From this list, select the specific product and select the 'Release Product Variants' option under Product Master. This will display a list of released product variants, where you can delete all or specific variants.

In the Manage Inventory tab, click 'Transactions' under View to see the transaction list.

On the main screen, select the product and use the 'Delete' option to remove the released product.

Which version of your D365Fo you are using?

Please describle more information about your request. E.g give a sample, what are its variants?

Why don't' you find these items via Released products form under Product information management module > Products?
