As soon as you have posted the adjustment you can retrieve the report into the adjustment again or you can check it on the project transaction itself.

The posted timesheet would be a hour transaction under Project posted transactions. You can use the project adjustment functionality to update the hour transaction.

If the timesheet is already posted you cannot modify the record itself but you can use the adjust transaction feature of the project management module.
