Hi,
i have a question:
I sended the survey for email orbenk@orbenk.com.br and this email was automatically forwarded for another email: "kalvin@orbenk.com.br". And they respond the survey. How ever, in Custumer Voice report, the user who responded was "orbenk@orbenk.com.br".
My question is: How can i block this forward the survey or how can i to block the user not registered to not answer the survey?
Information of my survey: i send this survey for contact list in CSV. I need only this contacts seeing and answering the survey.
