Could anyone provide me best/complete chart of account sample in excel for a manufacturing company which includes all control A/c required and inventory account required.

If you just need to do some testing, then you can use the CoA that MS ships with the standard MS contoso demo companies.
Those Chart of accounts are complete and allow you to record all transactions in D365FO.

Agree with Ludwig here. There are various charts of account for several countries included in the demo. Are you in a certain country where there is a statutory Chart of Accounts required? What is the purpose of having a CoA in Excel here?
