Agile project - PSA

Hello,

We are receiving a lot of questions from customers regarding to new methodologies go project management: Agile, Scrum, Releases, Squad...

They understand the business value of the tool, but they fell like we are managing project with some concepts from the past.

Any advise or comments to personalize those concepts in the tool?

    Already In PSA module is mostly covered to use as it is for Project Management. Please go through this for more information

    You can use PSA for high-level project management and do lower-level management agile-style in DevOps. You can look for videos that present how they can be used together. And it is definitely technically possible to integrate them as well.

    I recommend to have a look at the tool kanDO (Partner Solution by M&P business solutions GmbH) - we use it together with PSA - it is interlinked.

    Rough waterfall planning by PSA - with time resource planning and recording - we need this for our design/engineering/construction projects.

    kanDo with detailed tasks - short term (iterations, sprints).

    as Jaha mentioned below, you should have a look at our solution kanDO | Agile Projects. You can visit the website here and access our test drive to check it out. Alternatively you can download a trial version from App-Source.

    We believe that DevOps (see Matthews mention below) is a more development driven solution, not necesarrily suitable for managing any kind of projects - i does support agilty tho.
