Cannot see MenuItem button in role

We have this Action Type MenuItem assigned to a form's button control. We have added this menuitem to a privilege, and assigned it to a role.

However, the users in this role cannot see the button. Any ideas? Attached screenshot:

    Thanks. AxUtil.exe did solve the situation:

    axutil refreshrolecache /db:AX_model /s:AXSQLSERVER

    @Ghetz: Try clearing the usage data for that specific user.

    Hello Ghetz,

    Also try clearing users Cache on AX and Profile. Only clear jobs and form selections so that they don't lose any customizations. the .auc files are on the users profile where they launch the client from.

    Did you do some restarts in between?

    maybe some kind if security caching

    Try restart or refresh the role cache

    AXUtil refreshrolecache
