General Ledger Chart of Account Structures Cant see by other users.

Hey i have a problem about advanced rule structures on general ledger. I have separate 4 users at D365 FO one box and we are doing some tests.

But we have trouble on advanced rule structures and configure account structers. When on of users define Configure account structures datas can be visible from one user and rest two users coldnt see. Its same thing on advanced rule structures. What we are missing anyone can help me about that ?
Four of them defined as system admin. And there is no other role. Also we created new company not using existing ones.

    Hi Ferhat,

    Have all the four users the same domain?

    Do you mean that it takes time for all users to see the created modification in the environment? e.g. activated advanced rule structures is not visibles for all users? Or there is a slowness to show created changes for some users?

    Hey Alireza,

    Yes all users have same domain. I am trying to say. all users can create new record thats fine. But some of them cant see what have been created.  Like one of user can create new configure account structures and rule structures but cant see after creatation.

    Do you mean that the record is not saved? Or it is created while it is not visible on UI?

    Specifically, account structures needs to be activated. Is there any activated account structures that is not available for some users?

    Records are created i can see from  "systablebrowser&tableName=DimensionHierarchyConstraintCriteria" and some user can see at UI some is not.

    I dont know about that i will check it out. Btw do u mean Status = Active ? if its. yes some of them status active.

    Thanks for clarification. Can you check if all user use the same view for account structures UI?

    Have you tried to delete user data already for the affected users?

    Yep i did all users whos not able to see records. Still not working.

    Well i figure out is that might be related to Language. So if we select only tr or en-US as a user language its working fine. But its not show on tr-Tr. Anyone have information about that or any shared documantation.

    Hi Ferhat,

    Can you tell how the tr-Tr language got added in your Dynamics 365 environment? In the standard application, Microsoft only added support for the tr language. Do you have an add-on or customization where this locale got added? Is there a business requirement to use the tr-Tr language next to the tr language?

    Hey André we questioned that and figuret out how added. Its added by adding new label on envoriment simply open vs and add label and chosing language tr-TR(Turkey). I think its suported because i am able to add that on microsoft lab client which is 2 hour only period machines.

    Hi, Actually Andre is right. We can not see tr-tr as language.

    It was seen as this in Ax2012 version with localizations.

    And it had some issues when activating the structures as far as I rememeber.

    Maybe this appear with Turkey localizations?
