When we upgraded our field service, our custom ribbon button ceased to function. We had added the ribbon button to the Work Order form, and when clicked, it would call a web resource. However, upon clicking it after the upgrade, nothing happened.
When we troubleshooted using the command checker, we found that it generated errors for some of the custom rules.
Has anyone encountered this issue and found a resolution for it?
You can try to re-add the Web Resource to the button in Ribbon Workbench and then publish this solution.
