Outlook Client Custom UI Runtime Error in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Recently upgraded Office 2016 and installed the Dynamics Plug In for 2016 and l now receive the below error can someone help:

Custom UI Runtime Error in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

An exception occurred while calling function "HrExplorerButtonGetLabel". The exception message is:

The operation failed.

    I have the same error.  I'm using Windows 10, Dynamics 365 for Outlook, and Office 365.  The error message is always displayed at the start of Outlook.  Once in a while, similar Custom UI Runtime Errors are displayed identifying other portions of a form at other times while using Outlook.  Oh, by the way, the title bar on the error message is slightly different for me: Custom UI Runtime Error in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

    I have not yet been able to find a suggested answer.  I have tried repairing Office online, disabling the COM add-in Microsoft Dynamics 365, reinstalling the add-in through Apps for Dynamics 365, and have been in contact with Microsoft engineers through a premier case.  Nothing has resolved this error message.

    I have been unable to detect any adverse behaviors of Outlook or Dynamics 365 resulting from the error.  However, the error is at the very least annoying.

    On a prior installation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook, the application was now registered under Programs and Features in Control Panel.  I uninstalled the application and the error disappeared from Outlook.  Following a computer restart, the error still did not appear.  I again went to Dynamics 365> Settings> Apps for Dynamics 365> and chose to install Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook.  The actual installation was for Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook.  Subsequent starts of Outlook did not display the error message.  Fixed.
