Exporting Invoices to Excel

Hi Everyone,

My client is using AX as their financial package and I need them to provide me an export of all the invoices they have processed. They are telling me that they can only do this export for a single vendor at a time and that it is not possible to export the full list.

 Can anyone advise if it is possible to get this data and give me some reference material I can provide to my client?

    They can export the information that you request 

    from these tables: VendTable (Vendor values)VendTrans (Vendor transactions)VendTransOpen (Open transactions) by using the Microsoft Office Excel Template Wizard located in:Administration menu > Administration Area > Periodic > Data export/import > Excel spreadsheets > Template Wizard Hope it helps Best, Leticia

    Hi David,

    other tables for export you can use are the VendInvoiceJournal and VendInvoiceTrans, which is more likely the info your clients needs. The Vendtrans also contains all payment to the vendors that have been done by your client.
