We do have a business requirement to extend the list of activities which are currently visible under Timeline object.
I understand that the list is coming from a Choice List (Activity Type) but Timeline also includes info which is gather from other tables as Phone Calls/ Email etc.
I found that there is a Choice List as part of the default managed solution that I can't modify.
The object is disabled also when trying to add it into a new solution.
My end goal is to add more options into that list , modify display name for existing values and create new related tables in correlation with the new valid values.
is there a way to customize/modify that ?
