Recurring errors with CI-Data

We are getting recurring issues with an installation of CI-Data (not Journey) and welcome thoughts on how to trouble shoot.

Here is error message that 2 different users are receiving.  I created environment, installed CI-Data, even uploaded a file to get started.  Everything working fine then colleague tried to access, he got error message below.  I left environment and came back to try and replicate his experience now receiving same error message.

 
Error is so generic not sure what to do with it.  Now 2nd time (on 2 separate test installs) we have experienced same message.

    Hi,

    It looks like while setting up something might have gone wrong from your end.

    I tried installing “Customer Insights data” on my trial environment (US Region) and It got installed successfully without any error.

    Maybe you can follow the below screenshots for the steps that I used while installing CI-Data.

    After creating the Customer Insights Trial environment, the System prompted me to install CI- Data as below, and then I clicked on “Start Customer Insights – Data” to install it.

     
    On the next page I selected the appropriate region, and clicked on continue as below:
     

    After few minutes, “Customer Insights – Data” was installed as shown below:

    there is no issue in setup I can find - i get same images you show above, we are getting confirmation that it has been installed and even began uploading data via a csv file.
     
    However, everyone (including admin who installed) is getting error message when they return to emvironment.
