Advanced bank reconciliation with Electronic reporting error $IsBankAccountValid

Hello Experts,

I am trying to import the MT940 bank statement for a bank which is configured for the advanced bank reconciliation. and the bank statement format is using the electronic reporting configuration for the MT940 model.

While trying to import the bank statement i am receiving following error.

  1. An error occurred during the 'Model mapping' run. For more information, contact your system administrator.Message details
  2. Evaluating expression for path '$IsBankAccountValid'.Message details
  3. Evaluating expression for path 'model'.

Please note, i am using the environment with the following product and platform version

Installed product version : 10.0.26 (10.0.1192.52) Installed platform version : Update50 (7.0.6354.52)

For the electronic reporting configuration

MT940 Model: version 1.3

MT940 format: version 1.3.8

(MT940 Model) MT940 Bank statement mapping to destination: version 1.7.5

 

Kindly let me know if any additional information is required to propose the solution for this error.

    Hello!

    Have you tried updating to the latest quality update for 10.0.26?

    Otherwise, I'd suggest opening a support ticket so we can look into this further.

    As stated in the initial details, i am using the following product with the quality update

    Installed product version : 10.0.26 (10.0.1192.52) Installed platform version : Update50 (7.0.6354.52)
