No follow-up from Microsoft on open support tickets

We are currently using Dynamics 365 Cloud F&O, which includes Finance and Supply Chain Management. I have submitted three support tickets through Life Cycle Services and received an initial confirmation email stating that my question was successfully submitted to Microsoft Support. However, it has been over 7 days and I have not received any follow-up communication from an assigned support representative, despite having a valid support subscription. In the past, I have not had any issues with submitting support requests and receiving feedback from Microsoft. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi plotiv

    That's not normal, have you tried to connect with a contact number or email provided in the confirmation email?

    I would suggest creating new ticket with premium plan (if you have) and mark as higher importance based on your issue.

    If that not workout, connect with your MS Partner or local MS Office (Account Manager assigned to your account in MS).
