We are currently using Dynamics 365 Cloud F&O, which includes Finance and Supply Chain Management. I have submitted three support tickets through Life Cycle Services and received an initial confirmation email stating that my question was successfully submitted to Microsoft Support. However, it has been over 7 days and I have not received any follow-up communication from an assigned support representative, despite having a valid support subscription. In the past, I have not had any issues with submitting support requests and receiving feedback from Microsoft. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
