Hi,
How do you correctly configure the notifications within D365 Finance and Operations?
My user is set to recieve notifications in the action centre. In the workflow I have created notifications and when to recieve them, i just don't get them.
I can't see anything anywhere else online about these notifications either!

Yes both of these things are set up and working for other notifications just not these ones that are set up in the workflow.
All of your setup looks good.
There must be something missing in the workflow infrastructure configuration.
Have you already checked this in the system admin module?
Here is what the workflow infrastructure config looks like for me,
I don't think that the notification can be sent in action center. They are sent as emails.
I also can not receive the notification in action center.
Please create an idea.
Just wondering.
If you open D365FO on the start/home page. Do you see something listed below the calendar on the left-hand side?
My understanding is that you don't.
