Hi All,

I have one question to ask.

Is there any way to know about status of syncing status between online db and offline db of retail pos?
I am installing a new POS machine. I have successfully created offline db and configured it with pos.

Now when I have checked "Task manager" its showing that "Retail Offline Service" & "SQL" are consuming ram + CPU means they both are doing some background working.

How much time it takes?
and how can we get status? or confirm that both dbs are successfully 100% synced ?

I am using AX 2012 R3 CU11.

Hi Hassan,

Can take time to sync everything in a new offline DB. Check there are no errors in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Retail POS\RetailOffline\RetailOfflineSyncTrace.log

You will be able to Close the Shift on the POS when dbs are successfully synced.
