Want to apply only manual line discount, Cashier to manually enter discount percent

I have facing multi discount on the same items with normal discount percentage setup and cashier manually enter discount percentage. (Currently manual discount setup with "Line discount percent "button action and specify ure percent of discount in POS.)

Don't want to be multi discount and want to restrict only apply one manual discount when cashier manually discount percentage.

Hi T-San,

From Retail parameters , there is setup about how manual discount will be applied on POS , if it will be compounded with system discounts or replaced the system discount. in your case if you want only to apply manual discount and remove affiliation you need to change retail parameters as below, then send 1110 job to stores.

As shown below , only manual discount 10% applied and affiliation removed

Also noted that this changes on manual discounts and prices introduced by KB#3186971 .
