Unable to Install Dynamics 365 Sales, Enterprise Edition App

Dear Team,
 
My Client had purchased " Dynamics 365 Sales, Enterprise Edition App" and we are unable to install in environment from "https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/" and since a week we are unable to install it and getting below error messgae 
Can any one please help us how can we do it and what pre-requisite is required to install it.
