Hi Community,

I want to create a birthday leave plan

Employees are entitled to one day of birthday leave per year
Birthday leave can only be taken on the day of their birthday, if their birthday falls on a non-working day, the employee is allowed to take it on the next closest working day
If the birthday leave is not taken then it is forfeited

How can I set the birthday leave plan up so that there is an eligibility period (employee's birthday) to take the leave?

Hi Parag,

Not sure if I am missing something but the documentation doesn't seem to cover anything regarding time bound limitations / restrictions on taking leave
