Hi. I have a problem. I dont have acess on my survey and all this tools of my acess

Only this message is appears to me:

"ERROR_REFRESHAPPS_BAD_RESPONSE"

    Are you still experiencing issues? There was an azure service outage earlier which impacts Customer Voice. If you are still experiencing issue, please send the survey URL to customervoice@microsoft.com
