Notification Email not sending approving workflows via the email links/Web Services.

Hi, 
We are using GP18.5 and when approving the Workflow using the Email links the Document is correctly or moved on to the next step of the workflow however the email notification is not being sent out. 
 
This is what is in the Dynamics_GP_WorkflowGP.WorkflowEngine log file: - 
2023/12/05 12:35:57 PM: ActiveDirectory.GetUserObjectByObjectGuid - Unable to retrieve user from the DirectoryEntry object, performing fallback logic to lookup the object across multiple forests.
