Bank Account Signatures

Finance group would like to have 2 signatures on checks over 50k.  Can this be accomplished within the Bank Account signature tab, utilizing 'signature 2' and amount limits ?  Also, is there a way to print a 'test' check with signatures without printing and voiding a live check?

    Hi,

    There is no feature available that allows you specifying limits that define when 2 signatures are required. You have to adjust this yourself.

    When setting up checks in the bank module there is a test print functionality available that lets you verify the layout.

    Do you know how signature 1 and 2 are used; is it just a matter of the code logic  selecting one versus the other?

    Have used the ‘print test’ button but signature is not printed.

    Hi helprj,

    I don't think that there is much logic behind those signatures especially in regards to what you ask for.

    In my opinion the only option that you have is sitting together with a developer and designing this functionality in the way you need.
