Is there a way to un-link Bing Ads? We would like to disable that integration and by that stop_uetvidfrom loading. This is related to non-marketing forms.

To stop the _uetvid from loading, you can try (and apologies if you've already tried these):
modify the custom javascript
go to the form or web page where the bing ads tracking is included
go to the section of code where _uetvid script is being loaded
then remove or comment out the script tag that is referencing the bing ads tracking code
configuration update
check if any config in Customer Insights where bing ad integration is enabled
go to the setting or config section of customer insights and disbale or turn off bing ads integration
remember to clear your browser cache after making any changes
then test your changes to make sure it no longer loads
