Hi Experts,This is for D365FO, I did not receive any notifications such as reminder, alerts or approval from vendor on my email. May I know where to check this setup or parameters? Thank you.

can you elaborate more? what is your business process, are you creating vendor or what is your expectation?

The notification or reminder is send through email once the approver accepts the supplier/customer in the system
For example vendor approved then an email notification will send to the user.
If I understand your answer correctly, you are having approval process for creation of vendor in system, then it must be a customized workflow you have.
If so, you can have a email template added into your workflow, when the workflow is approved, user will get the email.
If you are using any other control to create vendor apart from workflow, you can use Alert Rules, it will send the email to the users once the vendor is created in system.
Let me know if you need any documentation around above suggestions.
May I kindly request for the documentation you mentioned? Also the alert is rule is already created but still no notification / reminder on email address, is this alert you mentioned is in Vendor > option > create a custom alert? Thank you.

Like previously mentioned, this seems to be a customized worflow created for your organization.
Usually I would recommend using the email capabilities in the workflow, to notify users of changes like the one you are mentioning, when a vendor gets approved.
Please look into your workflow configuration and perhaps share the setup with us.
