Hello,
When I qualify a lead to an opportunity, a workflow creates a pipeline record from that lead. I am getting the error below:

I went to the role assigned to the user getting this error, and he has Append and Append To and Assign privileges set to Organization (Image below):
What is this error and what could be causing it?
