Can not print POP receivings posting journal

Hi,

I have GP2010 and I can't print the POP Receivings posting journal report, when I create a receiving transaction an click on the printer, the report does not print

The posting setup has the report like Print

I don´t have customizations.

In your screen shot, you have a batch entered in the Batch ID field. Can you print the receivings posting journal from the Purchasing Batch Entry (Purchasing > Transactions > Purchasing Batches) screen instead?

Julia,

Do you know if your GP was setup with any Named Printers ? this particular report might be controlled by a Named Printer setup and would send the output silently somewhere else..
