When I build up a customer journey for Event registration and run an error check, I keep getting the following error message:
I've tried some procedures
- Waiting for more than a day.
- Both Events are the same time zone
- Trying with non-email event
- Changing status of the events.
- Making use of the Event template for my customer journey
- Followed the user guide for creating customer journeys step by step.
- Creating new events and journeys, but it doesn't really seem related to that either.
Anyone had this error? How I fix it?
