Hi,
Is there any difference between Power Automate and Woekflow? Because from both we are getting alert or notifications etc...
Please give me more shed on this
Thanks bala
It's flow.microsoft.com/.../
Thanks Bala,
For Microsoft flow, in which portal we have to login?
The business events catalog can be accessed from System administration > Set up > Business events.
You can get more information from the earlier shared links.
I almost understood now. Just one more thing, where is exactly controlled the operation like if SO invoiced done then only business events triggered. If SO invoiced failed, then no trigger business events.
Just I am looking for exact place , where its actually we configured?
In D365 F&O the business event sales order invoice will be triggered after the invoice is done. Then the business event of type power automate will trigger the power flow in Power automate. So basically the trigger will be from D365 F&O after the invoice.
But here, where is mentioned that if Sales order is Invoiced, then only Business events get triggered?
First thing the business event wil trigger after invoice successful only.
If you want to get sales order data for any othee purpose you can use "Get a record" action item and select sales order data entity as below.
Kindly elaborate me how will call Odata for validation in business events?
Kindly let me know the steps
Yes you can validate in power automate for the status by calling to oData entity. The business event wil trigger after invoice successful
