Hi,
Is there any difference between Power Automate and Woekflow? Because from both we are getting alert or notifications etc...
Please give me more shed on this

Apart from the technical differences there is actually a good news. The good news is that you can combine both workflows via business event. That is you start a workflow in D365FO and at a certain action you 'jump' to a PowerAutomate flow, do other things that are natively not support by the D365FO workflows and then 'go back' to the D365FO workflow and complete it.
This works with business event and there are a couple of videos / tectalks available that demonstrates how this works if needed.

As I know power aitomate is related with business events. And business event is related with workflow categories.
But business events is optional, when required we can use that.
Let me know how will configure Business events with workflow category?

Suppose I set up power Automate for Sales order Invoice. If SO invoiced then notification send through mail.
If suppose, SO fails to invoice due to some reasons, then Power Automate will call or not?
Shall any place to put condition in power Automate? Like if SO invoiced, then only power Automate get trigger...
Yes you can validate in power automate for the status by calling to oData entity. The business event wil trigger after invoice successful
Kindly elaborate me how will call Odata for validation in business events?

First thing the business event wil trigger after invoice successful only.
If you want to get sales order data for any othee purpose you can use "Get a record" action item and select sales order data entity as below.
But here, where is mentioned that if Sales order is Invoiced, then only Business events get triggered?
