Hello,

How do I completely restart the sandbox environment as listed above?

When I click on the restart services, I got 3-4 options but there is no option to restart the entire server.

Regards,

1/ Currently, there is no way to restart the entire VM(s) via LCS.

2/ Try to RDP into your VM(s), and trigger the reboot. If still have no Admin access to restart VM(s), raise a support ticket to make the request.

    Hi,

You have to restart IIS in your case.

There is no AOS anymore, application is hosted on IIS, so IIS restart is what you need.

    Thank you for your response.

I am having data consistency issues. Different persons logged on to the same screen are not seeing the same data.

The D365 developer suggested that I restart the server (he meant the AOS but that was not available as an option).

Out of the options available in restart services (Batch, DIXF, ReportingServer, LCS and IIS), which one should I select for restart.

    Regards,

    Hi DynamicsHampshire,

As the sandbox is a SaaS you cannot restart the server on your own as you can do it on a local server. The server is managed by Microsoft. You are able to restart the services for D365FO like AOS or reporting server and so on.

Why do you want to restart the server?
