Hi All,

Just want to check whether the end-user need to buy NAV license for Dev&Test? if yes, what is the minimum they're required to buy?

Thanks and regards,

Nguyen

No, they don't need a separate license to use it on DEV and TEST, but if you are planning to do the development with that license, then you need to have NAV Application Builder/Solution Developer Module into the license.

No, you can use the normal license. The Dev license is used to access some restricted part of the Development Environment.

But for D365, it's required the customer to buy 20x Full User in order to have the Environment for Dev. Is there something weird here? thanks for your advice

Which version you are referring, you post mentions NAV 2018, are you asking about D365 BC?
