Hi
When we see the sales lines in Load planning workbench, is there any possibility to identify the status (if received in warehouse or not) for the SO lines (either reserved against the PO or from stock) and filter ?

Kindly suggest.

    Hi Vineela,

Yes, you can. Use Load planning filter that is available in Load planning workbench form.

Create a load planning filter code with Load planning filter type = Sales orders and use edit query for filtering record based on status like SO status / Release status etc.

    Thanks Sanjay

If the SO status / Release status is open, then only we can see the sales order lines in Load planning work bench. In those sales line how to identify/ filter if the PO for that SO is received in warehouse?

    Kindly suggest

PO for SO, Do you mean direct delivery?

    Not the direct delivery.

Let me explain my scenario in brief

    1. Created SO12 |(sales order for customer)

    2. Created PO12 (for the same sales order created a purchase order to supplier as we are not having those items in stock ) from SO12

    3. Confirmed SO12 and PO12

    4. Now SO12 is available in Sales lines in Load planning work bench form and PO12 is available in Purchase order lines in Load planning work bench form

    5. In our business process Inbound and Outbound teams are different.

    6. Outbound team will start their work by creating outbound load. For them to create outbound load for SO12, they should first know if the PO associated with it (PO12) is received in warehouse or not. One way is to open the PO and look for the PO status. But on daily basis we will have so many SO lines available in Load planning workbench and we have to create many loads and it is not possible to open each SO and their PO(s) and check the status of the PO.

Is there any way to check if the SO line item is ready to create a load (means the PO associated with SO is received in warehouse)

    Kindly suggest. Thanks in advance

Here I am assuming you are creating a PO from Sales order form.

In this case we have reference type, reference lot and reference number of PO at SO and vice versa under line details, product tab.

Personalize sales line tab and add reference type and reference number field in Sales line tab  from Order lines table.

Navigation path - Load planning workbench > Supply demand > Sales line tab

Now you have to do some customization (display method) for bringing the PO line status at sales line tab, status can be fetch based on reference type and number and then you can filter it based on status.

I hope it will help you :)

    Hi Sanjay,

Can we do the same for the SOs for which we do the reservation from stock?

Or Can you suggest any alternative?

Vineela, Actually query is not clear to me, what I understood from your question is - You have already stock available for Sales and no need to create a PO. What else you want to do?

    Hi Sanjay,

Added Reference type and Reference number fields in Sales lines of Load planning workbench.
In addition to the above also added the fields Status and Arrival date from Purchase order to Sales lines of Load planning workbench
PO status is showing "Open order" even after receiving the PO in warehouse and Arrival date is blank meanwhile in PO this information is available.

Kindly suggest on how to fix this.

    Thanks in advance
