call intelligence automated dialing

As there are usually many leads created, sales persons need to arrange calls, handling this manually is time consuming.

I have heard that you can run an auto-dialer, which automatically create a call, based on the leads list, and if the response ifrom the interesting lead person is not in due time, it goes to the next lead and makes a calls again. 

Has anybody come such an application, software suitable for Dynamics Sales.

I see call intelligence this picture from MS, but I assume this is used for other purposes.
