Hello everyone,
I have a D365 HR Sandbox environment and a Vanilla Production environment. I have created several custom fields and made a few form customization on the Sandbox environment. I know there's no way of copying Sandbox to Production, but is there a way of moving these customizations to Production?

There is no option to export the custom fields definitions and import them in another environment. You have to define the fields in production again.
